My Wellness Truth “A Season of Believing”
Honestly Reality Sincerity
"The holiday season is a perfect time to reflect on our blessings and seek ways to make life better for those around us." – Anonymous.
As I celebrate my favorite holiday, "Christmas," this season, I have reflected on God's promises and blessings received through every step of the Transform B.Y. Trauma 4 stages of my healing journey (Brave Me; Better Me; Best Me & Brighter Me). Honestly - after experiencing the pandemic crisis, my emotions are still affected by a bit of anxiety; in Reality, I feel we're moving forward but not totally out of the woods; Sincerity - I have comfort in knowing this holiday is illuminated by My Wellness Truth "A Season of Believing." Today, I'm blessed with the Gift of Life from God, 5.5 YEARS celebrated- brain tumor FREE, and I did not get infected with the COVID-19 virus in the past 20 months.
"Christmas is not a time nor a season, but a state of mind." Calvin Coolidge
3 Faith & Belief Actions
The first strong faith and belief action step was to be in alignment with an Empowered Mindset. Focused on positive expectations in the presence of God by believing the possibilities and trusting the process.
The second strong faith and belief action step was to achieve a consistent Effective Meditation routine. Determined to value – what's important & why, through validation – write the vision down, with visualization – have a crazy faith imagination with a victorious experience – seeing, feeling, speaking, and sharing the victory with everyone.
Proverbs 16:9 - A man's mind plans his way [as he journeys through life], But the Lord directs his steps and establishes them.
The third strong faith and belief action step was to become self-aware of the Endless Miracles in my life. Emphasis on gratitude - a grateful spirit, utilizing your gifts - appreciating and finding purpose through your God-Given gifts with generosity – living a generous lifestyle, and being a giver – it's always a blessing to be a blessing.
Rising Up from A True Testimony on the other side of trauma – driven to showcase and share my story with others, continue to grow as a mature believer (Christianity); and cultivate my intimate relationship with God, building a deeper spiritual connection, making intentional moves, and fostering self-awareness connections with my mind, soul, and body.
Matthew 22:14- NLT "For many are called, but few are chosen."
My Wellness Truth, "A Season of Believing," is knowing “Love Never Fails”; believing the best in everyone, remembering the holiday seasons from the past, missing the loved ones who have gone, and appreciating the present day with the loved ones who have supported me all year long; never forgetting the true meaning of Christmas; celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ our Savior; sowing seeds of generosity thru giving; receiving the many Acts of Kindness throughout the year with a grateful heart. MERRY CHRISTMAS!!
