Return, Cancellation, & Refund Policy

Return And Refund Policy:

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, My Wellness Truth is here to help! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 7 days of receiving it for store credit ONLY. There are no refunds or exchanges at this time.

To return customers must contact our support team via email at mywellnesstruth@gmail.com with the subject: Returns/Damage/Replacement and include your order number, name, and the reason for your return. If you are requesting a replacement for a damaged item, please also include pictures.

Please be aware of the following prior to returning merchandise:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use - Items must be in salable condition (no deodorant stains caused during fitting.) and all original tags must be attached. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear, the smell of fragrances and smoke.

We are unable to refund original shipping costs. Customer is also responsible for return shipping. 

NO Cancellation of Orders:

In order to meet our shipping timeframes, all orders are sent to dispatch immediately after the order is placed, which means we are unable to cancel orders.

Normal processing/shipping time is 7-10 business days. Please read carefully when choosing your shipping option at checkout. My Wellness Truth is not responsible for orders lost, mishandled or misplaced by USPS, FedEx, or UPS. 

All pre-order items will be processed within 21-30 business days or the estimated shipping date given at checkout. 

If you are using PayPal, please ensure that your shipping address is correct prior to checkout. 

Once your order has been shipped and has arrived at USPS/UPS/FedEx, please refer to your tracking number and contact them directly for order updates.  Orders may be shipped from different facilities.
