ORDERS:

How Do I Exchange or Cancel My Order?

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live.

All orders are sent to dispatch immediately after the order is placed, which means we are unable to cancel orders. Please be sure to consult the size chart on the item BEFORE checking out. Also refer to our Return, Cancellation, and Refund Policy.

How Do I Track My Order?

Thank you so much My Wellness Truth Community member for your order! Once your order has been fulfilled a tracking number will be emailed to the email address provided. Please be sure to provide us with your best email address and don't forget to check your spam and junk folder. As a reminder, items may take between up to 7-14 business days to arrive as stated on the website and email confirmation. (Does not include weekends,  holidays, or high sale days)

I Placed An Order But I Never Received A Confirmation Email:

If you do not receive an email from My Wellness Truth within a few hours of placing your order, be sure to check your personal Spam folder.  However, the email on file might be spelled incorrectly. If you are still unable to locate the confirmation email for your order, please email at mywellnesstruth@gmail.com.  

I Only Received Partial Order. Where Is The Rest Of My Order? 

DON'T WORRY - In order to get your items to you as quickly as possible. We just went ahead and shipped what we had on hand. There was a form in your package stating there are more items not included. We'll be sure to send you the other tracking information as soon as possible.

I Placed An Order But I Haven't Seen Any Movement From My Wellness Truth, What's Going On?

Your order has not been shipped yet. As soon as it does, we will be sure to send an email to the provided email.  As a reminder, all orders may take up to 7 - 14 business days as stated on our website. (Does not include weekends, holidays, or high sale days). If we have the garment in stock, it will ship sooner.

Why Was My Order Cancelled?

There are several reasons why your may have been cancelled:

  • The item(s) sold out.
  • There is a delay in replenishment for your item(s).
  • We are unable to verify your billing information and/or your billing address does not match the credit card on file for the order.
Note: If your order is cancelled for any of the reasons above, you will receive an email confirming your order's cancellation. The full amount will be refunded. Please allow your financial institutions to process the refund.

 

PRODUCT:

We strive to deliver amazing quality! All shirts are true to size based on our sizing chart, some styles are slim fit. Please be sure to adjust sizing. 

Are there any specific directions?

To keep your My Wellness Truth garments looking great wash after wash, please follow these instructions:

Turn the garment inside out. Wash all items in cold water. Use mild detergents. Use delicate cycle settings. DO NOT iron printed or embroidered areas. Avoid drying your garments in a dryer, as this type of drying can be damaging. Instead, lay flat and drip-dry for preservation and a long life. If you use a dryer, tumble dry on a low heat setting.

What brand shirts do you print on?  

Most of our products are high – quality brands such as Bella, American Apparel, and Champion.  On occasion we will select another brand due to the available colors, sizes, or style. However, we will always pick a high-quality fashionable brand. 

What size should I order?

Please refer to the size charts and product descriptions for each item. Models are figures of all sizes. T-shirt sizes are not guaranteed to fit the same on everyone.

SHIPPING:

How Do I Know If My Item Has Shipped, And Is On It’s Way?

When your order is placed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Your order will process, and when it's ready to be shipped you will receive a second email with tracking information for your shipment. 

Note: Receiving a shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier has picked up your package. Depending on the shipping method, please use the tracking features to determine when your package is picked up, in transit, and delivered to your door.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs outgoing and incoming. Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

How Much Is Shipping?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

What Do I Do If My Package Never Arrives?

If you have received a tracking number and the package has been in transit but it does not come to you at the estimated date, please contact the postal service and file a claim for your package.

Please verify your shipping address is correct before confirming your order, as [My Wellness Truth] is not responsible for orders mailed to incorrect addresses.
